I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety and mood disorders. My main areas of work are around trauma and crisis, career and life transition, motivation difficulties, and decison-making issues.
My therapetutic style is person-centered and solution focussed, where I use a broad range of cognitive-behavioural therapies. I am trained in mindfulness, with a range of guidance, meditation, and experiential learning over many years.
