I work with people who need to get through a certain situation or state or are preparing to continue their growth. I believe that each individual holds the keys to their own healing and evolution and my job is to assist them in this process.
I have considerable experience working as a coach in organisations with individuals at all levels - from graduates aligning their skills and interests with their careers to senior leaders working through the transition from technical work to leading, guiding and inspiring others.
My more recent work has involved working people who have experienced trauma or a critical situation. I have also worked with people whose consistent stress or other negative emotional states have caused them physical pain or illness.
I practice yoga and meditation and have been increasingly incorporating mindfulness, breathing and existential therapies to my work.
I also work as a photographer. I believe this combines well with my psychological and therapy where in each profession our job is to really see people. Through helping people to see what we see and how to see themselves, we can generate greater awareness, balance and self-acceptance.
