Non Attended Session Fees:

I require 2 full working days (Monday-Friday only) notice should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. You must do this by telephone.

– If you give us 2 or more business days’ notice: no fee

– Less than 2 business days: full consultation fee

Out of courtesy to our professional relationship, I request that you provide at least 7 days notice to cancel an appointment as I have limited appointments available.

Hello, my name is Catherine and I am a Provisional Psychologist

I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing difficulties in their career, life transitions, wellbeing or relationships (partner, employer or family member). I am passionate about assisting clients to learn new skills that assist them achieve their goals.

I am a highly skilled provisional psychologist and currently completing my last year of my Masters of Professional Psychology. I hold an Honours degree in Psychology and have over twenty five years experience in human resources and coaching. I have worked in a number of settings including construction, retail, health insurance, and the resources sector. I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities individuals and teams experience in work settings across a broad range of sectors.

My therapeutic style is client centred, warm and empathetic. I like to understand your past and present relationships, and together uncover patterns, behaviours and reactions to situations that may be unhelpful. A key focus is to provide individualised intervention to assist you learn new skills to navigate your life.
