Hello, my name is Draga Jevtic,

I have over 25 years’ experience in organisational and counselling psychology and over 20 years’ experience on Not-For-Profit, health and community boards.

As an Organisational Psychologist

I work with clients who have suffered vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue and burnout. I also work with clients to resolve workplace conflict, manage stress, and improve collaboration, communication, and performance. I have a passion for working with others in the preventative space to improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes from an individual to organisational and community level.  I have extensive experience in executive coaching, mentoring, psychometric testing, training development and delivery, team development, supervision, and employee wellbeing.  I enjoy working with individuals, teams and organisations who are seeking support to collaborate on goals that will improve their mental health and wellbeing, improve their motivation and performance, and make positive changes to enable them to be the best versions of themselves.

As a Counselling Psychologist

My therapeutic style is person-cantered and solution focused, where I use a broad range of cognitive-behavioural therapies and mindfulness techniques.  My areas of expertise are trauma/PTSD with children and adults.  I have extensive experience working with children and their families having worked at the Royal Children’s Hospital and with refugees/asylum seeks and other victim of torture and trauma.  Other areas of expertise include grief, anxiety & depression, eating disorders, health and lifestyle, relationships and careers counselling.

I speak Serbian and associated languages.
