Hello, my name is Judith Scott

I work with adults who are experiencing difficulties in day-to-day life. This includes individuals who feel as though they have lost their way, or are experiencing confusion, difficulty making decisions, racing thoughts or restlessness. I also work with individuals who have difficulty acknowledging anything positive about themselves. My main area of expertise involves assisting people that are experiencing anxiety and panic.

My therapeutic style tends to use calming strategies and I help people to recognise negative thought patterns that can lead to self-defeating behaviour.

I work with each individual to find an approach that suits them – whether it’s mindfulness, relaxation and hypnotherapy, cognitive therapy, talking and listening, tuning into the non-verbal forms of expression and learning, coping with the now or overcoming the past.

I see clients who have:

  • Fearfulness
  • Stress
  • Work-related difficulties
  • Low self-belief or self-esteem
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Anxiety or panic
  • Depression
