I work with clients of all ages and provide guidance in improving their life in terms of their emotions and relationships.

I also provide assessments to children between the age of 2 – 18 years old.

My main areas of expertise range from working within a family centred approach with children and adolescents, as well as with adults, to provide support in the areas of childhood developmental disorders, depression, anxiety and general wellbeing.

My therapeutic style involves combining a number of approaches depending on the client’s needs and style. A strong basis of my approach involves Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I have found that my therapeutic approach has delivered short-term and lasting outcomes.
