I work with clients who are experiencing social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties generally stemming from stress, life transitions, or ongoing mental health concerns.
My areas of interest are, anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, and parenting. I work with parents who are seeking to support their children through developmental or social difficulties, or those who want to improve communication and relationships within the family. I also work with young adults who are experiencing stress relating to academic, employment, or relationship problems.
My therapeutic style is largely Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based, but I also use a combination of solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness based strategies, depending on the needs of the client.
