Reduced fees:

In some circumstances I may offer a reduced fee to clients who are experiencing ongoing financial difficulties. Unless an arrangement is made with me for a reduced fee, you are responsible for paying the standard consultation fee on the day of the appointment.

Diagnostic Assessments and Report:

Hello, I’m Asha,

I am a registered psychologist who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and feel more confident in their identity. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and early adults from a client-centred, neuro-affirming, and evidence-based approach. I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, so I aim to create a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or justify who you are.

As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, I understand how important it is to have a therapist who offers affirming, identity-safe care. I welcome people from all backgrounds and enjoy working with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, are neurodivergent, or are exploring questions about identity and belonging. I believe every person’s experiences are unique, and I value working collaboratively to find strategies that align with your goals, values, and way of thinking. Together, we can work to better understand the challenges you’re experiencing while building on your existing strengths to support meaningful and lasting change.

Alongside therapy, I offer comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments for children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking greater clarity around their identity, challenges, and strengths. This includes Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), cognitive functioning, and Specific Learning Disorder (SLD). My assessment process is thorough, collaborative, and designed to provide clarity and recommendations – not just a diagnosis.

Whether you’re seeking therapy, exploring a diagnosis for yourself or your child, or just wanting to better understand your experiences, my goal is to help you leave each session feeling heard, understood, and empowered.
